How this site handles your information.

Bank Ready AI is a brand of A2Z Advisory LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, which operates this website and contracts for all services; a2z.financial is the company's web and email domain. Alex Zaboli is its founder. Questions about this notice can be sent through the working-session request form or via LinkedIn.

• Working-session requests. Name, work email, title, institution, asset size, initiative description, stakeholders, and any notes you provide on the qualification form.
• Diagnostic, assessment, and Studio drafts. Your responses to every self-serve tool on this site — the readiness assessments, SR 11-7 diagnostic, builders, and Studio workflows — are stored in your own browser (localStorage). They only leave your device when you explicitly save, submit, share, or request a session. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
• Advisory agent conversations. If you chat with an advisory agent, your messages and the agent's replies are stored so the conversation can resume, alongside session-level usage metrics. See "AI processing" below for how responses are generated.
• Access, intake, and newsletter requests. Name, email address, institution, and any optional context you provide when requesting platform access, advisory follow-up, gated downloads, or the newsletter.
• Basic operational telemetry. Standard server logs (timestamps, requested paths, user agent), Google Analytics page measurement (see "Cookies & analytics" below), and anonymous feature-usage events (e.g. which Studio builds get exported). No ad trackers or behavioral retargeting pixels.

This site sets one functional cookie of its own (remembering whether a UI sidebar is open). It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Persistence for drafts and progress uses your browser's localStorage, not cookies.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page traffic — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes visit data on Google's infrastructure under Google's privacy terms. It never receives the contents of your forms, drafts, or conversations.

The advisory agent chat uses AI. When you chat with an advisory agent, your typed messages and your diagnostic results (scores and findings — not your name, email, or contact details, which are stripped before the request) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the agent's responses. Content sent to Anthropic is handled under Anthropic's API terms.

Nothing else on this site uses AI on your data. The Design Studio, the builders, the assessments, and every form are deterministic — your qualification forms, drafts, and submissions are never sent to a language model.

• I don't sell your information to anyone.
• I don't send your qualification forms, intake submissions, or drafts to a large language model. (The only AI processing on this site is the advisory agent chat, described above — and it never receives your contact details.)
• I don't share your institution's details with vendors, sponsors, or peers.
• I don't run advertising or behavioral retargeting pixels on this site.

Working-session submissions are used only to prepare for our meeting and to correspond with you about the engagement. If we don't proceed, the record is retained as a confidential contact note; you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Internal notifications about new submissions are sent to me over an encrypted channel with contact fields masked (e.g. a***@domain.com). The full record lives in the site's backend, accessible only to me.

Backend records are hosted on Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) in the United States, protected by row-level security. Email is delivered via Microsoft 365 and Resend. Calendar scheduling uses Microsoft Bookings. Advisory agent responses are generated via Anthropic's Claude API, and page analytics are processed by Google Analytics — each under those providers' own terms.

• Access, correct, or delete. Email me and I'll act on the request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Clear local drafts. Clearing your browser's site data removes any Studio or diagnostic draft stored on this device.
• Unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

If material changes are made, the effective date above will be updated and — for anyone with an active engagement — I will notify you directly.
